it's the little things, isn't it? (the arm, the head, etc.) This shot is SO on the cusp of being one of those *amazing*ly special ANTM shots. Even with its imperfections, though, this photo is still remarkable, and is easily my favorite of the week. (For some reason, it reminds me of C5 Lisa's "Farm Hand Fatales" shot.)
To my own surprise, Marjorie is becoming my fav contestant left... didn't see that coming, lol!
@ ANTMLove : I dunno... I'd take "hoochie" over "hunchy". But then, I don't think making your body look like it has a large deformation on your back is attractive. And I don't particularly like Marj.
@ Yaya4Mora & androidastig: ANTMLove doesn't need to 'lay off' me, we just have very different opinions on the girls this cycle. It's all good. Love has been perfectly civil. :3
Ya, the arm kind of throws me off. Even though she has the overall strongest portfolio, I think her personality will be her undoing. That, and the fact that everyone but her and McKey have been in the bottom two at least once.
@Starfish, how I want the cycle to end-
5- Samantha- Her pictures can only take her so far. She doesn't look or act like a model AT ALL, and she's so easily overlooked, its not even funny.
4- Elina- I'm starting to think that Elina will never let go, and it'll get the judges fed up right about here.
3- McKey- Again, a girl who's easily overlooked, and her body of work is nowhere near as strong as alot of the other girls'.
2- Marjorie- ANTM can't possibly be this nervous. The pressure will CRUSH her.
1- Analeigh- Well since her ultimate low in week three, she really improved and hasn't slipped up once IMO. I think its looking up from here on for her. Her walk is good, too. She's a very sweet girl, I see alot of potential in her, she's a great commercial model and her pre-show work and body of work on the show proves she can be edgy. IMO she didn't have one single BAD shot, her worst shot was a little bit better than decent, so I think as long as she continues to improve, she's got it in the bag . She doesn't seem to have any glaring flaws either, as far as I'm concerned(unless someone can point one out for me)
On top of all that, she seems to be the favorite, so it'll be nice to see the fan favorite win the cycle for once
I don't know if anyone agrees with me, except Asquared, when i say that IS NOT Marj's best shot. If you look at the episode shoot, you can see that she had better poses and shots than this. TYRA IS SO UNFAIR SOMETIMES.
@ Inspired: Yeah, I was distracted by her mousiness for a long time, but I became a believer once I saw her bathroom stall photo. Whether she becomes ANTM or not, I've definitely joined the Marjorie Fan Club, haha
Marjorie has the most consistent portfolio for me. All of her shots are good or great, but none have really WOWed me Regardless, she can't win. She's not suitable at all for Covergirl. They need to finally drop Covergirl off ANTM.
IMO Analeigh is the only safe one, the rest are in danger. Analeigh hasn't given a single reason for the judges to eliminate her so far, while Elina has her control issues, McKey doesn't stand out at ALL, Marjorie always seems to be one step short of some kind of anxiety attack and Sam is just a sloppy mess
P.S.: Is it just me or does she look alot like Jael here?
