Okay, humans have three glands in their necks. For guys, the top gland is the biggest; the adam's apple. For girls, the bottom one is the biggest, but you don't see it because it's behind the collar bones. But if you stretch up your neck, it's visible. So, no, she doesn't have an adam's apple.
