Do you guys actually know she had somehting done to her nose? It doesn't seem like something she'd do, they were always to telling her that her lips and nose were some of her strongest features.
While I think she looks very pretty and sexy, I have always thought he has a porn sexiness. Not a bad thing (I've been told I have a punk/porn sexy way about me), but I would kill for that bod! I think she's great.
@PaleHeart: Noses have been photoshopped of course, but I think with Natasha it's a nose job, because she has this nose in a bunch of newer photos from different places.

I guess you can be positive for only so long. Deep inside, she really was so insecure. She had a nose job, it was so obvious.
