Coming from somebody who's a huge Nirvana fan, this is not grunge AT ALL. She's just standing there and just resting on the makeup (which isn't exaclty grungish either, most grunge artists don't wear heavy eye makeup).
I wouldn't care if it was either Katazyna or Whitney who got the first call-out, but I thought Kat would have, but it's the judges' decision after all.
There's nothing really special about this picture. Also, I think if they wanted to go grunge, they shouldn't have gone so heavy on the makeup, or at least make it look messier.
Maybe it's the angle, maybe it's her, but she just looks really awkward in this shot. Sure, her body looks great but she's not really working with the "grunge" concept at all. Oh and of course her mouth just has to be open
