To be honest, I don't even know why there is so much hype about this shot...I think its too overrated...She looks short...Her face and neck is too tensed and she looks so stiff!!!
i don't have a good eye for fashion shoots.... but as a picture, for me, looks soooo good. i don't even see the details you all mention, the neck, the shortness.... sure it's all there - but as i see it- it's elegant, delicate, there's sg about it that makes me want to just keep lookint at it. like the colors, and the way the rope goes down through the hands, and there's also this shy-wild deerish look..
