Well, I don't think she looks tall, but I do think she succeeded in making herself look taller. She looks about 5'5 in this picture, which means she gave herself a few more inches.

Yeah, the pose is interesting, I don't think there's anyway to make her look tall though, you can tell she's having a hard time reaching those pipes.
