so Whit had her mouth opened, all of the winners had negative aspects (Adrianne and Dani had their speech, Yoanna was pudgy, Eva was short, Naima was in a shell, Nicole looked like the girl next door, Cari had her over the top personality, Jaslene had her draggish qualities and Saleisha wasnt eligible to enter the competition). to me it is Sarah = Whit, had Sarah not become self conscious and if Saleisha didnt enter the competition (like she shouldnt have) i think Sarah could of been Final 3.
YEs, everyone had negative qualities. My fave from c10 had a REDIULOUS accent. But you dont see that in pictures. Plus she can be charming enough that people dont really care, like on the challenge that won her the 7up prize. Same for Dani. The thing with those toehr girls you mentioned was that they knew how to turn it off. Dani's speach improved, Naima played Tyras personality game, Jaslene learnbed how to be soft&feminine in pics, Cari toned down her personality, etc. Whitney has yet to change at all.
no you couldnt but you could in commercials, when you need to have your mouth opened . most of the winners learned how to overcome their negative effects after the show wrapped like Dani having voice lessons to hide her accent. besides people cant change overnight, especially a bad habit like with what Whit developped with leaving her mouth open in her photos or Tyra doing the pucker face on the runway.
IMO Adrianne was a celebrity, not a model, Yoanna was a bit inconsistent, Eva came off as bitchy, Naima was inconsistent in pics, Nicole was rather bland, Danielle had her crazy accent and hillbilly look, Caridee had her crazy ass walk and personality, Jaslene had her butt chin, Saleisha was inconsistent in pictures and Whitney was inconsistent in pictures. Thats my opinion on their flaws.
I'd actually say on par with Jenah. I couldn't pick between the two.
And, though it's months after M&AB posted, I'd like to add that Adrianne had a drawling accent, Eva was too short and was also a bit inconsistent, Naima came off as a little fake, Nicole was REALLY bland, Caridee was totally unfocused, Jaslene sucked at anything on the commercial side and was quite one-note in the same way that Claire was accused of being, Saleisha was a tad immature and scrunched her face up too much for commercial shots - and she SO got the easier dresses on the final runway challenge, and Whitney needed to close her mouth more and learn how not to stare into the light. Plus, she used the same poses everywhere. The one she used for her meat photo can be seen when they're shooting her graduation pic in the auditions, too.
Whats TWOP? But like she comes up EVERYWERE, even on pictures that arent heres. Somebody sees a plus sized girl with a better than shot than Whit, and theyr like OMG SHE DESEREVED TO WIN MORE THAN HER..... blah blah blah blah. Its REALLY getting old.
I think she's the best plus size they ever had, after Tocarra. I still think they sent her hom for loosing weight and that's it. If she became a normal size she could have brought it damn good!
