she deserved to win. saleshia looked like a photoshopped skeleton queen in hers, and she only lost because she tripped the extra. her portfolio is much stronger than photoshopped skeleton queen's.
I agree that her smile is fake, but this shot is stellar. I don't agree that she deserved the win. She was very amateur and had a weak walk, and in person, she was bland and even a little boring. Also, she had one of the weakest porftolios IMO. She has the look, but not the talent. Jenah, Saleisha, Heather, Lisa, Sarah, Ebony and Janet were better, IMO.
^ I definitely disagree with that, especially about Saleisha being better I think Chantal was the best model of her cycle, and this shot is great. How is the smile fake? I don't get it. She's underrated.
'rock-climbing', 'gargoyle' (very giselle bundchen), and her 'burning car' shot looks fab.. saleisha has the same look (probably why elite is trying to get rid of her).. and jenah, lisa, sarah, ebony, janet is not signed in the same agency as tyson beckford is (not like chantal, ehem ehem).. i'm not gonna say anything bad bout heather coz i love her..
Oh, so if a shot isn't Vogue-worthy it isn't a good shot? Right. If Chantal was as bad as you make her out to be, she wouldn't be signed with three agencies and she wouldn't have gotten so much work.
duckiies, the whole thing looks sorta forced, but it works for some reason. Maybe her glamour girl side of the smoking side effects or her paper shreds shot are vogue-worthy. I wouldn't say Chantal was worthy of the top 3, but I wouldn't say she was the weakest runner-up, either. That title sadly belongs to Natasha, even though she was super sweet, she just didn't have a clue of what she was doing. I <3 Chantal's look, though. Glad to hear she improved, I would love to see that fierce, modelesque look in fashion.
^IMO, that spot belonged to Jenah. I had a hard time remembering Chantal, though I have to admit that her portfolio was impressive. btw, Duckiies, I love Nata too, but as a model, I'm not sure she cuts it for me. Maybe Yaya could take the title too for her attitude and rapidly declining portfolio in the finals.

michelle&amandababing what do you mean no talent she had like 2 bad photos she was miles ahead lisa and janet and ebony had 2 good photos out of 5 and if sarah was so much better how come they kept chantal over her??
chantal sucked i dont get why ppl argue about her. i thought everybody knew the plan to make saleisha win. tyra put a weaker girl than saleisha in the final 2 so that saleisha would have a guaranteed win.
