The more I look at it, the more I like it. It's not a great shot. But it isn't as bad as I originally thought. Still should have won.

I like this photo for its beautiful, dramatic lighting, and because the subject looks pretty. But when I assess the strength of it from a modeling standpoint, then yeah, it's pretty weak. But I still like it. Anya's eyes are just WAY up there, and it ends up looking like a blank stare. Really, I didn't think any of the three photos were slam dunks.

This is a very pretty shot but by no means is it a winning COVERGIRL shot.Anya was my favorite to win and I feel she really could've pulled off a better shot if only her uncertainty hadn't gotten to her.Btw how rude was Paulina saying she actually looks dumb here?I guess she's trying to be the panel's new Janice Dickinson.

what i like about this photo is that its interesting. whitney for me is too "actressy", with that background or theme, the shot of whitney is quite pridictable. anya looked really classy in this pic.

I think its a great shot but I think the problem is the beauty is a little too sophisticated and not easily understood by the general public. Thus it isn't what Covergirl expects for a campaign.

Oh come on! Whenever someone's favourite didn't win, they always come up with BS excuses, saying that they chose a mediocre photo of Anya's so it doesn't outshine Whitney's. They chose Whitney, I love Anya and I know she'll have a fantastic career but the fact is they chose Whitney! Anya has an edge that isn't quite right for CoverGirl, and she was outshined by Whitney in the Versace fashion show. All this shot really does for Anya is show how beautiful her bone structure is, and that's about it. Her picture the week before (old hollywood) is one of the best pics in ANTM history, if I was a judge, I might have chosen Anya over Whitney, but they were running neck and neck IMO towards the end. I'm just sick of all the haters.

her nose looks funny here. although her overall performance was perfect for antm, she choked when it really counted. i liked both whitney and anya, though. i'm african american, and i couldn't stand fatima. i just think attitude has a lot to do with it, and though all of them had some pretty reprehensible characteristics, dominque and fatima were the worst to me. not that personality means a hill of beans in the fashion industry...

^agree that there must've been a better shot of her, she always had a natural beauty in every shot ... her eyes are rolled way up and the brows just looks uncoordinated with the whole look imo ... they should've just borrowed her face from the 7up ad

i don't care if anya won or didn't ....she prove that see can take every type of pic and she rocked this cycle. i think this shot is an interesting shot( not her best) but it is something you would stop to look in a magazine....... congrats anya and i hope you do well whit as the first plus size model to win

I can see what Paulina saw...she does look rather stupid here. If she hadn't stared so far up, and if her eyes weren't so focused, maybe it would've given her an edge of Whit. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love Anya, it's just...she kind of looks moronic here...

Waaaa! The cange is amazing, now I like it XD. It was the eyes, that's way I didn't like it that much. But yeah, she looks very soft and clean.

I was disappointed in all of the Cover Girl shots. I'm not usually one to pick up on poor photoshopping but even I can tell that these photos were just butchered! These were the worst Cover Girl shots so far in ANTM but I don't blame the girls, I blame the photos' editors.
