i honestly hate her look. she looks like a typical indian. i don't care. theres nothing modelesque about her and she isn't high fashion. i hate indian models. they all look the same
How many top Indian-American models are there, really? It seems to me that the number of Indian women who have made it to the top are few and far between. So it'd be hard for me to say that Indian models look the same. Take Julie and Anchal... they look nothing alike, imo. Maybe we shouldn't be so quick to write off an entire ethnic group. just my ramblings...
and as far as this photo goes, I don't think it's that bad. It's pretty and soft. But it is sorta pedestrian, I agree, Babin twins
i can't believe asquared just said that about indians.. they're beautiful and definitely do NOT look alike.. indians should like, burn asquared to a stake or something.. ..
^ lol, this is the problem with labels. When I said "Indian American" I literally meant a US resident descended from the country India. (To talk about persons of "native" or indigenous American origin, I usually leave out the word "Indian" because it doesn't really apply to them.)
I got confused too since where I work (I teach english, go figure ) there is this poster with Gandhi in it and the students have to come out with "He was an INDIAN leader" and the first time I saw it I was like "isn't he hindi?"
i like this shot....but she was kind of bitchy. and what is the difference between manufacturing and designing? the judges would not have been so pissed off at her if she had said, i'd like to model for a while and then try designing instead of making it seem like she only wanted to make money by saying "i'd like to make a merchandise manufacturing company!"
