^ Nope. While she didn't always have the best photo each week, she did have good ones, and I was drawn to her whole persona / personal style. While I think Kahlen might've been cuter to watch do the MLAACG bits, Naima won my endorsement with her assertive performance in the final runway show.
lol, i'm always tickled when, during a confessional, Naima compares herself to Kahlen and says unapologetically, "but I thought I was the star of that show." They're both cool, though.
i don't think she really has a model face. she's kind of ugly in my opinion. and not ugly pretty like all these new models. she looks great here, but to tell the truth, it doesn't look like her outside of the mohawk.
Besides Saleisha, I think that Naima is the one winner that did NOT deserve to win AT ALL. Her personality wasn't intriguing or mysterious, it was BORING. She doesn't have a "model" look, she had really bad skin on the show, wasn't all that nice, and took lackluster photos. And she also went nowhere in the modeling world. Wonder why? Because she is NOT a model!-- and I'm done.
^hee hee. love the rant. i didn't like naima either. but tyra probably thought that since naima is so ethnic, she might as well kill three or four race birds with one stiletto. saleisha, naima, and whitney are my non-deservers.
