Is it me, or do her legs get weirdly short below the knee? Maybe I'm imagining it. Not loving the off-center eye contact either, but other than those things, this is a lovely shot.
It could be some sort of angle or trick, but they certainly aren't model thighs in this photo. And there ARE other ways to tone up besides ANOREXIA. There's no need to jump to worst-case scenarios.
As much as people like to say models dont have to the ideal size, you have to face it that in that industry fitting in to the clothes and making the look good is pretty much the priority, so if you dont fit the clothes you dont work.
Being judged is a risk Celia took by becoming a model, and yes in ths picture she is too big to be a model, and she would have to tone up. that being said she is in great shape on the show, so I'm assuimg this is pre show.
I was excited to see there's a new Celia shot but I have to say I'm disappointed in this one. I don't like it much. And I agree there are other healthier ways to get a leaner body. Models are hired because of their unconventional looks so it's something that they have to work on too. Otherwise everyone can be a model.
This website has a section featuring regular people on the streets of NY and the fashion they're wearing. This was just Celia walking down the street one day and was asked to be photographed.
I really like her outfit here, and her pose is selling all that she is wearing nicely, but the face... yikes, I do not like it at all, she looks old, and chubby.
WHAT?!?!? Are you serious? am i seeing this right? How the hell can you look at this girl and say her thighs are too big??? shes a fcking stick!! You guys are insane; no wonder there are so many anorexics. This girl is NOWHERE near fat, not even in the modelling world
she doesnt look as slim as on the show, but I think its the angle of the leg, and about the anorexia thing, girls arnt forced to look like models, everyone has their own choices
