Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure she'll make it overseas. Looking back at her portfolio and her overall look, I think she's one of the worst runner-ups ever (it makes me even more glad that Nicole beat her).

I Love Laura. I think her face is so full of life here and her smile just beams. She should have been the winner of cycle 13, and I am glad she has another chance
Laura is a sweet girl and she took some few good pictures in cycle 13, but she's so unmodelesque, pretty but not like a model and her body needs toning, well, I'm glad that she's back for this personality cycle though, she's such a sweetheart
Of all the girls they could've picked from that cycle... I mean if it wasn't bad enough they even had to remind us of the existence of the infamous short cycle, they decide to pick the most prominent flaw of the whole thing. Well, one of them. It could've been worse, she could've brought back Bianca. or Kara. or Sundai. *shudders*. Anyway, this shot just looks cheesy.
