I doubt Bianca is the only person in the world with lips like that. That is obviously not Bianca's skin tone or hair.

I never said she was the only one with lips like that, but the chances of another model having those lips are slim.

Lighting can affect the skin tone in a picture, specially if it's retouched and ever heard of wigs? It's obviously her.
