The hair makes me think solely of Winona Ryder in Mermaids after she sluts herself up. VERY 60s, to say the least...

Looking at this picture thru here, u think: ugh, it's awful. so dead... if this dress wasn't blue, the whole shot would be awful. But once you click it and expand it, you can see there's a softness on her face, and she's subtly smiling with her eyes. But I think that other hand, the one that's not on the hip could've been worked on a bit more
