^^^It's because her waist is really low which makes her torso look normal but makes her legs look short. Pretty much the same goes with Fo's proportoins.
Every person involved in the production of this image should be reprimanded for their complete lapse in judgment. The styling is horrific, the photography and concept is absent, the makeup and hair are abysmal and the model is delivering absolutely nothing. This photo is offensive to my sight quite honestly and hurts my heart knowing that at least four people allowed this to happen.
