my favorite this week, though this I acknowledge this may be out of bias because her painting was one of my personal favorites. i work in an art museum

she should have been in the bottom 2 with Bre sending her home for the worst picture of all and given a lesson to Bre of respect for others

1 - Kim(Best performance at the panel challenge)
2 - Jayla(One of the best pictures)
3 - Nicole(Her look is stronger than both Bre's and Nik's)

Bottom two -
Nik(Great picture, bad look)
Bre(Bad picture, bad look, but better than Nik's)

Honestly, I'm not sure. Personality wise, Nik got a very insecure girl edit, whereas Bre got a very confident edit, so personality wise, Bre wins, but Nik's pictures are way better.

The "Poster Edges" effect on the background is SO tacky! Photo's never look good when you can tell that a stock photoshop filter has been used. This shoot was a bit of a dud. I like the idea of recreating fine art but it wasn't really executed in a chic and fashionable way. Especially with a big photographer like Barry Lategan. Also, for me this photo is a little boring but still good.

Well, they used a bathing suit for everyone because this was suppose to be ab ad for that lotion to show off their skin....And all of it are not exact with the painting because they were trying to make it MODERN, I'll say it again MODERN!

This is when she should have left IMO, she looks very stiff and awkward and she didn't do a good job at capturing the soft, feminine beauty of the "Girl with the Pearl Earring" at all.

I think it looks like british royalty.

^ Which is not the point of the shoot at all Bryan.

^The point was modern interpretations of classic art to sell skin lotion, not exact copies, Mycat.

^ But you said "British royalty", but whatever. No one can ACTUALLY understand what's wrong with these shots. I wish they never did this stupid shoot, it could be my least favorite thing they ever did.

Kim, Nicole, Bre, Jayla, Nik for me

For me, this shot is horrible, due mainly to the DREADFUL styling and DREADFUL set. Jesus, they really made this shoot cheesey as hell. But still, if you look at the images MCJ posted, the original painting has a certain "spark" in her eye. It really connects through the canvas and pierces right through you(TM; Twiggy.) That extra umph is what Nicole is missing.

This is far too awkward to be the Girl w/ the Pearl Earring, 2nd worst. It lacks the soft tranquility of the Girl w/ the Pearl Earring.

I think this shot is fine. 2nd best

The shoot sucked, though
