Don't like the shoulder, it throws off the symmetry of the shot and not in a good way. I'm not liking the face so much either; it could probably use some retouching. The hair is looking nice on her in this shot, though.

Do not like the nose. Same pose would be stronger in a girl with sharper cheekbones.
