The shoes do look good. But a model's job is to always look good in the clothes. Selling the dress, and just looking good in it are 2 different things. Selling a dress, the shot is about both the model and the dress. Looking good in it, its just about the model. Working with fabrics like that doest look like an easy task, but, incredibly enough, every girl this week but her made the fabrics look decent, or, in better words, made themselves look decent in the fabrics. Thats what screwed Lauren Brie in this photoshoot to me.
Not in my top 5, but definitely top 25. The only reason why everyone says its so overrated was because Tyra said its one of the best in antm history. If it wasnt for that, no one would be complaining
This is probably the best picture in the whole sight. Ofcourse, only about 5% of the people who post in this forum will actually understand why. Like the face, very hard to understand, and the pose, not even going to mention it.

I love it, but nothing more. When I first saw this photo I was in awe but now I am sort of like yeah it is great... I still think her "Swimsuit Photo" is better.
@Soren: Idk why you say people wouldnt understand the picture. This is not a HF ed, its just an ANTM picture. The pose is bad for the dress and her limbs look just too twisted to the point it looks awkward. I actually think the face is the one good thing about this picture.
MichelleAmandaBabbin or whatever your name is, to say this photo deserves bottom 2 makes me think you must be blind or really biased against Lauren Brie.
And if this was an ad in a magazine for expensive perfume, I'd definitely want to buy it.
69sebazebra69: I didn't mean to sound harsh, but this picture works as a whole, the twisted arm, the face, the legs, its so editorial. Many people here, (Ive noticed) confuse editorial pictures with being edgy. Very different. All I mean is that this photo is what people would call editorial. Perhaps not high fashion, but editorial still.
