I don't want to go off on a rant, but I'm almost happy that she didn't win, now. At least McKey is willing to narrow down her hips, which shows that she actually wanted it. Losing 2 inches off your hips won't make you starving or anorexic. What, they wanted her to go down to 34 inches? That's by no means too small. I could see if they wanted her to go down to 29 inches or something crazy, but seriously, you sacrifice a few hot dogs and milkshakes if it's really your dream.
i can understand being disappointed that this won't be good for her career, but I don't understand being upset/disappointed with her. it's her choice. honestly, more girls SHOULD be like her.
i actually think its commendable of her to decide to be herself and not lose 2inches JUST for the agency. I'm not disappointed at all, nor do I think it shows that she's not dedicated to being a model. The choice was obviously hers to make, and she made the best decision based on her own life and circumstances. I don't see how anyone can judge this decision, as we are NOT in her shoes. To SOME, peace of mind is more important than acceptance into an agency. Let her live! sheesh.
lol..i think its funny that you guys felt the need to respond to my simple comment. (especially when you all already made SO many comments on this issue..) To each their own obviously!--everybody has their own mind, beliefs, and feelings, and its really easy to judge someone from the outside looking in.---again, to SOME, peace of mind is more important!
