I'm not neccessarily pissed, because I know it's not true, but this is all heresay. There's nothing wrong with having a sense of style, and having one does not make you "trying too hard to be different". People are so quick to stifle creativity today. And the fact that she is shorter than most models shows that she doesn't suck. She's not the first ever platinum blonde androgynous model. Major labels had to see something special in her. Calling her annoying or saying she sucks is not smart. What, exactly, has she done that offended any of you? Forgive a girl for living! And models who suck don't get hired, and I think that, in itself, disproves your theory, considering that Agyness is practically a supermodel AND a world-reknowned style icon. It's not like she goes into interviews and says "OMG! I'm such a revolutionary and so cool because I'm so different! You should be like me! ROCK AND ROLL! COTTON CANDY! OVERALLS!"
? Jesse, I hope you're not trying to insinuate something. Because we all know the answer to that question. I don't recall Agyness Deyn going into live interviews and displaying her hatred for others who aren't like her.
??? That's why plenty of labels HAVE chosen to work with her. They believe that Agyness's look is the look of the average, fashion-conscious person of Europe. So she's common. That makes her annoying and fake?
^ I'm with you David, she's common (at least more common than say Karen Elson) but that's what makes her awesome and herself. And what did Jesse say now?
^ Not really. I just can't believe that in a year filled with Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian: the shame of Armenian Americans, people say Agyness is the most annoying celebrity.
True (although I think Britney has been doing pretty well, lately). With celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Perez Hilton, William Sledd, etc, I could very much pull out many others. I think people are quick to judge someone who dresses differently then most celebrities to be cocky or arrogant.
I love Jen. I just wish magazines would shut up about the whole Angelina Jolie thing already. They've played it up way too long and it has become dull and redundant. It's not like Jen wants to be in those magazines. And I personally don't have a problem with Angelina.
^ I DO! She stole my name! Once she hit it big in "Tomb Raider' everyone at school started saying things like "Oh, I'd call you Jolie, but she's hot!" And ironically enough my sister is named Jen...but no Brad in the picture!
