I still don't see Fatima as having concievable potential in the high fashion industry. Anya, Katarzyna? YES. Cycle 10's final 6 was very interesting to me. In my opinion, three of them WERE models PHYSICALLY-- Anya, Katarzyna, Lauren (IF she could get her act together). Dominique was kind of an anomoly. Whitney was, kinda bad. And Fatima was there because of her somewhat unique look and sob story. I don't see ANY high fashion designer using her. BUT that's JUST my opinion!!
whitney has zero high-fashion appeal. her lips are non-existant, her proportions are that of a pear, little to no facial structure, and she's a size ten. and that's fact, not opinion.
Whitney's biggest detriment is her blonde hair and fake personality. If she had her brown hair back, she actually DOES have an edgy face. I'm not one for the fake laugh "HUUUU HUAAAA" either, but I am not going to deny that she has potential. Fatima, in my opinion, doesn't have a modelesque face, her mouth is always too tense, her frame is too small, yet her hips are too big, and she seems to look short in person and sometimes in photographs. I am looking at the wall of my dorm room which is covered in fashion ads, and Fatima has NO place on it.
let me put it this way. fatima would get the job, because whitney wouldn't be at the casting, due to the fact that she has no agency, because what agency would want to use a girl who doesn't fit into plus or regular model size. fatima would be posing while whitney was bicycling, walking the streets, or eating cupcakes.
How does Whitney not have an agency? She's with Elite! Unless I missed something. And I just want to make it clear that I don't like Whitney all that much, but I think Covergirl is partly to blame for her fake persona. They write her MLAACG commercials and they make her keep her hair blonde. And maybe they train her on the fake laugh "HUUU HUAAAA" lol.
you could hear her fake laugh at that presentation party for the "green carpet" for seven up. she certainly isn't trained. fakeness comes naturally to her.
Her fake laugh is so bad. It's one thing to do a fake laugh when something is actually meant to be funny. But she did it in the Cycle 11 finale like "Today I am going to talk about Lash Blast Mascara. It's really great! HHHUUUUUU HUAAAAAAAAA" So dumb and fake.
Might I say that Fatima could get fashion work over Whitney. But never over Katarzyna who has the photos AND the walk. Fatima only sort of had one (photos).
ooh let me start. Fatima is high fashion. Why is she in the coveted editorial divison at New York Models? Of course she may not get as much runway in Milan like Kat or Anya would. High fashion is racist! Lets face it people.
1 or 2 blacks and 1 or 2 asians isn't happenin. That being said Fatima is very very high fashion and should be overseas in no time. Whitney will never walk for Versace or Dolce in fashion week. NEVER!

C. She doesn't have that mystique quality that comes with a couture model. Laughing and smiling would get her a "we've seen enough. Thank you." from a designer.
If I were a high fashion designer, the only girls from Cycle 10 I would give a CHANCE to are Amis (if she had drive and/or more talent, I just loved her face), Stacy-Ann, Lauren (if she wasn't a mess, so much potential), Katarzyna, Dominique (MAYBE), and Anya. Neither Whitney or Fatima would get past the door. But hey, I'm not a high fashion designer. So it doesn't matter what I say. LOL.
jesse_dillon, there are other ways to lose weight besides eating disorders. lauren's thighs are not proportional to her body, but then again, it's all futile. she already said she doesn't want to model anymore.
