^ I'm still confused on that whole mystery... mostly because all the purrty pictures attributed to Cycle 8's Brittany on this site. First I read that Brittany began going by the name "Corinne" after the show and signed with Beatrice and New York Model Management. Then I read that Corinne and Brittany are actually look-alike cousins and that Brittany had chosen to finish school rather than model. Yet the pictures attributed to "Corinne" remain here. So I don't know what the deal is, but if you read that name, people mean Brittany.

@ Khamelion/Sophie/andro, I was recently thinking the same thing. The 'fashion industry' -- and those who subscribe to its tastes -- have yet to broaden what they believe is beautiful. Prejudice definitely looms in there somewhere, because of how looks vary among different "racial" groups. But honestly, who cares what the fashion industry thinks? Sometimes I think people train themselves to like 'high fashion' girls and close themselves off to the nonnconventional beauty that other girls offer. That's one thing I applaud Tyra Banks for -- even if I don't agree with her voting decisions sometimes.
