Majorie has been a favourite of mine throughout the competition but I was very disappointed with her this week. I really hope she can pull it together because she brings a creativity to shoots that I haven't seen that often on ANTM.
i don't get why everyone is saying that marj should have been sent home for not getting work, yet no one has mentioned MCKEY'S TARDINESS due to her ability to be easily distracted.
but marjorie at least made it back on time, and a model may receive notice that another model cancelled and get hired for the job she originally didn't get, so i don't think it's terrible that marj didn't get booked, as long as she made it back on time. mckey on the other hand, didn't. suppose the client wanted her to go to an exotic scene in order for an ad campaign shoot. everything at agencies is done almost instantly, and mckey wouldn't have made it, so she wouldn't succeed in the real modeling world versus marjorie. if it was between her and marjorie, then i think it would be more sensible to send mckey home. i'm just looking at it realistically.
I think that's a silly supposition (no offense). The bottom line is that Mckey booked jobs, while Marjorie didn't. Showing up five minutes late to an imaginary dealine is far less grave than not booking ANY jobs at all, and jobs equal success.
I did read it, and I found the presented situation to be too obscure. Even if Mckey didn't make that exotic scene or whatever, she still has three more jobs to back her up! Marjorie would get the leftovers, assuming that she was even picked next in line for the job (unlikely).
