i find it difficult to believe that millions of girls could deliver a photo like marjorie's. if so, why haven't they made it on top model? or why haven't the past top models broken out such an efficient pose in so many variations?

there were go-sees in cycle 10, but they were MUCH earlier in the competition when whitney's portfolio wasn't so bad yet. hmmm.... now why did they decide to make cycle 10 the only cycle to have the go-sees extra early?

Thats def not Whits best. AT ALL. And it isnt Marj worst either.
And my point was, the designers saw those "poses" that you praise, and they STILL didnt get her jobs.

And they did go sees early bc they were in the BEST city to do them.
Um her homeless, her grunge, her CG, her winners shots.

psh. it's an american apparel ad in the making. that shot alone could represent so many different labels. whitney's...just not appealing.

and the point of the go-sees is to see who can work in an international setting.

I thought Marjorie's pirate ship couture picture was her worst, to be honest. I wasn't using the simplistic shot because I thought it was BAD, I was trying to get it so they were looking at each other! lol

and I really don't like American Apparel. And THEY use full(er) figured models themself. but that being said, that store freaks me out. I've been in there and there's no ONE thing in there I would wear besides a t-shirt as an undershirt. lol
