whitney looks like california over-tanned trash next to marjorie. and i do believe marjorie has passion. but she's one of those artsy types. not the kind who's going to scream at the top of her lungs about naomi campbell and designers, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want it. elyse wasn't jumping around the room about how she wants to be a top model, and look at her now.

You know what's funny? While I do like Elyse a lot now, I remember being extremely disappointed when after she was eliminated she said something "Oh well, I'm going to be a doctor". (this wasn't when the finale aired, it was after she was already successful). But it made me think that Tyra made the right choice AT THE TIME. So I don't know if I'm going against what I was just arguing, but I guess girls DO show passion in different ways. I mean, look at Elyse now.

@run: wow. glad you see it. i understand that marjorie may be seen as unpassionate, but then again, we need to remember that antm is heavily-edited. like marjorie states in her interviews that she used her "nervousness" to appeal to the judges and as a character to antm. and that's actually...pretty smart.
