I like that its natural, makes it more realistic but also beautiful! Proves that unlike lots of antm girls, she DOESNT need retouching to look SEXY and BEAUTIFUL!
Im confused about what needs retouched here are you only beautiful with perfect, smooth skin and no flaws? I think Nicole has always been gorgeous natural
^As supported in the cycle 5 passport challenge, a model must always look modelesque even for the simplest of things such as passports. No doubt, Nicole does looks great, but a little retouching never hurt. And despite Raina's accusational judgments, retouching does not make a girl look plastic if done right. I am no expert photoshop, but I definitely don't think I made her plastic, just some simple little edits.
I kind of disagree. If it's just a picture that's showing us an interviewee (is that a word? it is now), I don't think retouching is entirely necessarily. I sometimes find it refreshing to see a photo of the actual model in their natural beauty rather than one of the painted picture of perfection that he or she is portrayed to be in ads, and a shot for an interview or something is the right occasion for that.
And while photoshop doesn't always make a girl look plastic, it can and usually does create a standard for beauty which is mostly fake and unattainable naturally. And no aero, you didn't make her look plastic, but your photoshop job is apparent. Retouching is at it's best when it looks like you haven't retouched at all, but that's something that's gonna get better and better with time
I don't think she needs to look plastic either (most of her photos do a good job of that by themselves), but she looks like she could catch up on some zzzzzzz's here and she doesn't look fresh.

I made her hair too orange, but oh well.
