Love the feel.

I'm just happy Anya's brunette again, focused on what she's doing (unlike the shoot with Nigel), and getting REAL work.
yenegonrocks   [Jan 04, 2009 at 05:50 PM]
Awesome. Reminds me of a lost little kid.

"???????????????" It just does.
@ Killa: Exactly. Smile *high fives*
david18   [Jan 04, 2009 at 05:56 PM]
Oh, I didn't mean your comment, yenegon.
yenegonrocks   [Jan 04, 2009 at 05:58 PM]
^Oops. Sorry. Smile What did you mean?
david18   [Jan 04, 2009 at 05:59 PM]
Nothing. Just the whole "shoot with Nigel" thing was a bit random.
Mycatjewel   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:01 PM]
^ The one thing I hated about her on the show was that she got her good shots on accident and never got told off for it. A la the top 4 shoot with Nigel!
killa   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:02 PM]
*high fives* anya rules yo
yenegonrocks   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:04 PM]
^ANYA FTW! @Mycat: Once. It was once. At least she got it.
david18   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:06 PM]
I don't think so. I can definitely agree with you that the Nigel shoot was an accident, but apart from that, she was always experimenting. She said in one of the episodes that a good model knows how to give angles, and she was always trying new angles, which is something any decent model should do. I don't think Anya comes onto set and thinks "Okay, I'm going to do this, this, and this." I think she just lets her body go and flows to the movement, which isn't a lack of skill in any sense. Sure, she shouldn't have gotten praised for it, but pretty much everyone that shoot was a mess and needed coaching, and frankly, in the real modeling world, no one cares how you get the shot. It's not about "how" it's about "now". The result is the important aspect. And I agree with yenegon. It was really only at the papparazzi shoot.
Mycatjewel   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:07 PM]
^ This is not going to become an argument so I'll just say that she looked like she was being praised for the wrong reasons that week. And I'm done. Beyond that there was never a reason for me to dislike Anya (even if her accent was annoying at first)
david18   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:11 PM]
Fine. I just thought I'd put my input. I don't think I've explained my view on the whole "Is Anya good or lucky?" debate yet, so I did.
Mycatjewel   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:13 PM]
^ No, I don't want Yenegon or anyone else to come here and be all "blah blah blah, what the hell do you know!?" because I got people dissagreeing with me on the actual paparazzi shot. And I don't like getting in arguments. And this is not a Whitney photo, so agruments shouldn't take place here! XD
Katarzyna-Jenah-McKey   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:14 PM]
I love the whole essence this shot has.
yenegonrocks   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:16 PM]
Thanks for putting my name there, Mycat. Rolling Eyes
Mycatjewel   [Jan 04, 2009 at 06:18 PM]
^ Sorry. But because you were first to dissagree it made me feel like you were the one most willing to defend her.
