I'm sure the photo itself would be rather nice (I like her expression), if it hadn't been butchered to death with photoshop. That's what kills it.

Yeah, she looked like was strangled with an octopus and tried to breathe. The photoshop also killed the picture, she looked like Mr. Potato Head.

I feel like Kacey looks much better then she photographs, and this along with her wrestler photo prove that theory Embarrassed I actually don't think this is flat out terrible, She probably shouldn't have been called second for it but I don't think I would eliminate her over Liz or even Chelsey Rolling Eyes
