I like this shot, but is this a Gaga-themed shoot or just plain copying Lady Gaga? because she has X's on her nipples which Gaga started, and is wearing Micky Mouse ears & Lady Gaga was dressed as Micky Mouse in her Paparazzi video and wears her Micky Mouse glasses alot
@ASKD: Lady Gaga didn't start any of those things. Marilyn Manson did the Mickey Mouse Ears for The Golden Age of Grotesque long before Gaga was around, and he certainly wasn't the first to do that. Same with the nipple tape. Pink did it in her Just Like a Pill video in 2002, and it's been done many times before that. There's really nothing particularily "Gaga" about this.

Listn zuriath, lady gaga popularized the X on nipples. and everyone is copying her, especially Rihanna, so u can't blame someone for recognizing someone copying lady gaga. And excuse the spelling errors, I'm typing this on my itouch and it's difficult to fix errors on a site like this on an itouch.
Also considering Gaga didn't "start" hardly anything. Everything the ignorant mass credits her for "inventing" can easily be traced to someone else earlier.
I am SO proud to see that Isis continued on wit modeling. There is something so admirable about how fearless she is and how inspirational she wants to be for young women who are just like her.
