I absolutely love her! There's definitely a market for her. And as far as androgyny goes, based on her preshow pictures she's the only ANTM contestant in the history of the show that can look completely feminine or extremely masculine without showing signs of the other.
She is sooooo edgy! I didnt like her at first because I thought she looked too much like a dude, but after watching the first episode I think she's really cool, and real FIERCE! I hope she doesn't go early, because I think she's definitely got the looks and personality down.
AzMarie, personally, lacks the edge that is to be expected from a model brave enough to tattoo (foolishly) herself and shave her head (not so foolishly). Tattoos, piercings, and bald heads don't make all models edgy and in the case of AzMarie, the structure of her face is too feminine and soft to be cohesive with the "edgy" masculinity that generally dominates her phsyical appearance.
This was my pre-show winner. I had her singled out as the American finalist (I would've never guessed it to be Laura, and I would've been shocked if it came down to two brits, although it would have been exciting). Its a shame she couldn't fake it, seeing as everyone knows an over-the-top personality overshadows anything else in the ANTM world.
@FashionFatale, actually, in my opinion, tattooes and piercings make a model anything but edgy, seeing as they really take the focus away from clothes. As for shaved heads, they're not really versatile and I feel Azmarie has a very specific look and her face begs for no hair.
