What's up with the "amore" on her finger

The plastered freckles just isn't becoming on her. And even without that, the facial expression is bad.

It's about as good as I can do in 10 minutes. It's a hard one, you kid of have to rebuild her skin from scratch. Maybe Solitaire should give it a go. Mine's too blurry.
