I don't think Melrose was really bitchy at all. She gets a lot of hate that she doesn't deserve. I remember when she won the shopping spree challenge (the one where she won the 3 girls' clothes) my friend was like, "I bet she kept all the clothes too, that bitch." I found this though. Just thought some people might like to see that.
While I think Melrose's personality in the competition was offputting at times, she was unduly stigmatized during the competition. I thought all the name-calling by her competitors was so childish; they seemed more fixated on hating her than on doing well themselves.
As for this picture, I'm with Jay Manuel. Looks really forced, especially the face.
^Yeah, it was sometimes offputting, but it really wasn't that bad, and the girls did give her a hard time. I think they needed to try to get some sort of bitch edit after Monique left.
I LOL when people think they know these girls from watching this heavily editted reality shows and try to justify feelings of hatred for those that are "bitches". You shouldn't get that lost in television...but this photo is one of my favorites of that week along with Michelle.
^The editing does make it hard to tell what a girl's personality is really like. I honestly don't think Melrose is really a bitch. Competitive, sure, but I think she got a bad edit.
my favorite shot of the entire cycle. not only is it a beautiful picture with stunning angles, but melrose really captured an era. she looks straight out of the 1940s.

I adore this photo of Melrose. She looks so classically beautiful and gorgeous. I just don't like the way the bull is edited in. Not that it is her fault.

I still don't see what's so good about this. Her pose is rather awkward and she looks old. Worst of the week.
