JAjajaja I heard that from Ms jay. But I think that not all the photos needs neck however this could have been amazing with her showing her gorgeous neck
I think it's the angle. The photog shot this from a higher angle, so she had to look up. She probably did have neck, just... bad angle for it. (That would also explain why her head looks massive compared to her shoulders in this shot)
