Just the way how the shape of her outfit is forming. The outfit is making her body puffy and unflattering.

^once again, those were for her hometown=worthless. she doesn't even look like that anymore.

I'm starting to doubt that Whitney is actually photogenic. If you look at her pictures, about 30% are fabulous and 70% are... just really bad. There's no middle ground for her-- which makes me wonder if she lucks upon good shots or if she has true modeling talent.

most likely. she doesn't have as good face structure as most models, thusly why she's always sucking in her cheeks.
