Ok what are you guys talking about? first of all for being a bathing suit shot, I think the pose is dynamic. She could have gone into classic beachy/poolside hoochieness. But she didn't. Plus she looks effortless, not strain on her arms or face! I think the pose itself is reminiscent of the one Alice Burdeu struck in that holywood glamour shot. Obviously Alice is in a league of her own, but I mean if you're going to copy poses, props to Isis for copying this one! I think the FCO was deserved.
She looks like she is in the process of falling on her face, she has no neck in the shot, the eyes are dead, and this has NOTHING to do with her theme of "confidence."... but yeah first call out...
1. How does this deserve FCO? It's so tacky, modeling 101, not high fashion, awkward, and cheap. 2. Why do all of these shots LOOK LIKE SUCH CRAP? The editing and what they're doing with the photos this cycle [so far] is soooo tacky and not high fashion. I'm not gonna lie it makes me cringe to think that some of these girls could end up in Italian Vogue, especially over some of the INCREDIBLE girls they've had the last 2 cycles.
This does really look like cheap and porn-ish. Which is kinda sad because Isis doesn't even have a typical "sexy" body so it even fails on that level. Isis is a great reality TV personality but this wasn't the right show for her IMO.
Honestly Isis really isn't even that interesting; being a transgender model who also happend to be homeless made Isis very memorable for her time in cycle 11. That being said she definitley had more personality in cycle 17 but her modeling skills were really only slightly better then they were in cycle 11.
