Her face screams for retouch, and not every magazine retouch to hell their spreads. Molly was struggeling with dark circles around her eyes, and believe me, circles looks 10 times worse in a professional photo. They retouched her well at ANTM, thats all.
And from what I'm guessing, since Brittani was her roommate and quit modeling subsequently moving back to Pennsylvania, Molly could be on a "college diet" i.e. instant noodles and McChickens. It's expensive living near Manhattan, especially if you're a nobody in the industry still.
