I first thought Lady Gaga but I feel the above Erin comparison is more accurate. Erin's photo was one of the ones I remember from Cycle 13 and I would consider it top 10 best photos from the petite season. Nonetheless, this photo has a serenity and charm stronger. It's beautiful and I have nothing negative to say about it.
This is a great shot but again with the completely random comparisons. Erin's shot looked serene and melancholy. This looks bold and mysterious. The Lady Gaga one is worse. There is literally nothing about this photo I could possibly link to Lady Gaga except both are female humans (well, maybe not Lady Gaga, wouldn't really know. j/k j/k) that wear make-up and headpieces.
