I actually like this picture nowadays. Facially, she looks like a model, and I think the judges didn't like the pose only because its not something you'd normally expect from the girls. I think she's selling the homeless clothes well lol
As for Isis, she did NOT outmodel Allison. She looks bigger, her legs look broken, she lost both arms, she lost her neck, and to top all of that, her face does NOT look good in the long shot.
Yuck, yuck, yuck: she should have been sent home for this mess. The face is very...offputting and then of course her pose: nice angles but stiff, awkward and boring.

I love it. The whole thing is the perfect balance between desperation and fashion. It reminds me of the other Allison's Immigrants shot
I think this is great. I'm guessing it's rated lower because it's Allison. There are shots from this week that are way worse but are rated higher than this one. Both the photo and the model are underrated imo.
