i don't even think it's photoshopped..you just have to imagine that this is her back and her head is turned to the left side...nothing wrong with it...but i agree with puppetmasters21 :/

It is photoshopped, clearly she posed profile first and then showing her back and then they created this.

You can't get that kind of profile unless you're posing to the front and I doubt she's THAT flexible.
