This isn't even really a nude shot. It's just topless. But anyway this photo is not really making an impression on me, it's kinda plain.

Doesn't look deformed at all. It looks like she has it facing backwards to her hip, and she does. Like Anya's hands in the promo where they are all standing together and she's in the middle with pants.
