I dunno if I'm the only one, but I'm kind of annoyed that she's still trying to model after all that "BAW. I want to be known for my art! I don't want to be a model!" crap. Regardless, these are nice photos. Best she's done so far. Wish they were a little less... pixel-y. Ah well.
I think that she said all of that at first because she auditioned for Top Model on a lark and never really thought that she could do it in the first place. I think that she actually kind of wants to model now, which is why she had the professional shots taken. I agree with legateau24, she's geniunely giving modeling a go. She's not one of those rabid model wannabes but someone who is a little bit more realistic. I do think she does want to be a model otherwise as legateau24 has said, she wouldn't have bothered getting signed and having these shots taken. It's also pretty awesome that she posts over at the livejournal. I don't see why she can be seen as both a model and an artist, she's had a rocky start but she's learning to marry the two.
She wouldn't have joined a gym and lost 2 inches of her hips in two months to not wanna model. She's signed to an agency and she's getting a model's figure. I'm happy for her and will continue to support Lauren as she pursues this.
The arms are bad. And she said she wanted to model AND be an artist. She can do both, her artwork is very fascinating it tells me alot about her real personality.
I'm sorry... but if she got her walk together, her confidence up, and brought this fierceness in every photoshoot... she could've knocked Whitney out of the top spot... lol
