I actually love this shot, don't get the hate though. She got the hardest thing to work with, along with Angelea and she nailed it for me. Who says she got the least potential of modeling?
Uhm. I super love Allison too (in fact, I like the top 5 except Lisa), but this is kinda...flat. Maybe it's because she only had the discus to work with. Her setup's hard but I would chose other's photos over this.
I love Allison, but this is not her best shot. She is supposed to be a goddess participating in the Olympics. I can totally see a bit of Hera or Hectate here, but no sense of athlete. I hope they get a few more artistic shoots so she can really shine.
I actually feel for these girls (Allison and Angelea) since they had the hardest concepts to work with (a discus as a purse??? a shot-put-whatever as an orb?? wtf!). This means you can't rely on object to make a story for you but rather it's harder since you have to use your body language to make the story. Hence the two had the hardest shots. Allison did well here, but like ALT said (I don't like agreeing with him here) if the heel hadn't sunken it would've been better.
