I see nothing wrong with her body here. Her upper body looks exactly the same, and her thighs look trimmer(which they needed to be.) Maybe it's the admittedly haggard-looking face and hair that are throwing people off. Even so, it's ignorant to label someone anorexic based on appearance alone, and B) Why would you advise someone to eat cheeseburgers, which are unhealthy? BTW how do you know she doesn't?
