I absoultely do NOT see what everyone sees in this. ITs terribly bland. She blends in. Which is what they were trying to avoid

I like how she represents what weed really is...scorned, overlooked, ignored...but deep inside, longing for affection.

She had better shots, but COME ON Jesse! She's a weed, she had to be painted green. She's a plant not a flower so its harder for her to pop, but she does anyway! Plus she was the only girl who could not rest on pretty!

Tyra doesn't know shit about picking best shots. I wish the photographer chose his favs and there was some site where you could see a girl's film.

^ Too bad we can't. They should do what they did in cycle 2 where THEY chose thier favorites and Tyra chose her's. But in any event, I like the outcome of Heather's shoot. And whether people admit it or not, THIS IS NOT A PROFILE SHOT DAMMIT!

Mycatjewel, those shots that you provided were so FIERCE! First call-out material IMO. Thanks for posting them. I agree...it doesn't mean that just because it's Tyra's choice it's automatically the best shot. But of course, if the contestants complain about that then there will be many Nikeysha moments...

Weeds...

This one's quite alright but it's not the best. She was wrongly styled here. I bet she'd come up with a more wonderful, pretty but haunting weeds photo. Everyone else was prettified, so unfair.

Funny enough, she's resting on the make-up. If you take it all away, ironically it would be nowhere near as good

I think she got really lucky with the make-up covering her eyebrows. Its FIERCE

Its the look in her eyes. I hardly notice the makeup.

^^I don't think you can really hold that against her. A good model also knows how to handle the makeup. I'm pretty sure that if she did a bunch of squinting and such, the weeds would fall off or become loose, not to mention it would be any other tacky "cliche-fierce" photo. I love the solemn expression. Weeds aren't associated with lively, happy things, but slow, creeping monsters. Heather OWNS this photograph flawlessly. Got a snap out of me.

Well, I don't even know where my previous comment came out of anymore, honestly. It would be worse without make-up, but then again, what shot wouldn't?
I think the angle on her face is great and her eyes are doing that blank stare with intensity.
