I'm not saying she doesn't have a great body already, it's just that this pic has a weird stretchy quality to it.

It could be the photoshopping, but I definitely think her body looks unnaturally proportioned. It's a bit disturbing that people would think this is a great body. I'm not saying that one should not be thin (or anything for that matter), but that in this particular picture it's a bit disturbing.
