^ I really think if they were going to photoshop her thigh, they would have photoshopped her arm too. plus she has no neck. the only thing I like in this is the facem and positioning of the arm and legs (basically the whole idea), hate the hair stylist's idea though.
Her legs look thinner from the side because she's lying down, so her thigh fat spreads out to the sides, making them appear thinner. These are all from the same shoot and her thighs certainly don't look tiny in other shots.
Well, in this shot, and the upside down scari-dee shot, her thighs look thinner than what we've seen before. Could be the angles I suppose, but my first reaction is it looks like photoshop magic.
