HERES THE REASON WHY THE FASHION WORLD CAN'T EXCEPT PLUS SIZE MODELS: okay so lets say plus size models were to become the main model. girls are big and everyone loves it. now put them on a runway for dolce and gabbana. notice something? the girls aren't exactly proportionate to the guys anymore (for example, whitney looks bigger than the male model here)...thusly leading to men having to gain weight. before you know it, everyone would be plus sized. do you seriously think that could function? it can't...

lmao..funniest explanation i've ever read... and i'm not just talking the misspelling of "except" when you meant "accept" lol..(sorry former english major here).. but you seem serious.. i don't think the world will ACCEPT plus sized models either.. but i'm sure there's a more logical reason behind that fact.

^wow! you're right. i did mess up with the except-accept. and that's cause i just finished a terribly expensive english college course. things are just different on the internet. strange. i am serious about the plus size thing though. this is just one of my many theories. there's also theories with diabetes and the "clothes hanger".

IMO the reason why the fashion world can't except plus size models is the clothes. The designer has to use extra fabric or maybe more jewelry etc and that costs money. You also have to know the size of the model since models are almost the same weight and measurement they can easily make outfits without worries. Also models are suppose to be unique and different in fashion industry POV. I think it's great to have plus size models for editorials but not runway...

whitney deserved no first call-outs at all on the entire show. i would have only given her a 1st in her cg photo. and it matters not how you get the shot as long as you get it.

I agree with David! CG week was def. Whitney's week, but that's it. Proof that she's nothing more than a commercial girl.

This is the second best of the week. Although I think Dominique HAD stronger pictures this shoot, but Tyra refused to use them. I would have sent Fatima home, her performance on set was inexcusable. And her snooty attitude was so offputting-- you can have that attitude if you can pull off Jenah-esque shots, but Fatima is far from that level.
