marjorie keeps on using her hunch back for her advantage. its a great shot but not that great. the eyes are bit too hooded, the make up is the thing i look at. the hands are all over and its just a bit clustered,.
^ I totally disagree with you. I love the hunched back, it fits really well with the shot. She looks sort of demonic - and if there's one thing you should know about demons, their posture sucks. But really, this is fierce - in both the fashionable sense and the 'I'm going to creep out of this water and tear you to pieces' sense.
As a fashion model, this would never sell whatever they are trying to sell in this photoshoot. But as a work of art, this is one of my fav ANTM photos of all time. It's powerful, emotional, and as atomicblue said, demonic. The only reason she got called as low as she did was because Paulina didn't like it.
^They weren't really selling anything. IMO this could make a great contact lense ad. I like the intensity, but maybe she's using her hunchback pose a little too much
It's happening again. Elina was eliminated, and suddenly her shots jumped up into the top 12 of Cycle 11. And now Marj is gone, this shot has jumped up, after having never been in the top 12 previously. It's very annoying.
Her finger is randomly over in the water, haha. This was one of the many shots that week that deserved a first callout. This was one of the greatest photoshoots ever.
I don't know about this shot, I think its incredibly creative but at the same time the halloween comparisons just makes it feel so staged and costumey... Her eye makeup is a bit lame too considering the striking looks the other girls got.
