This really isn't that great considering: the photography and styling is ONLY what made it special. Take away the good makeup, the veil thing, and subtract the good photography, and this photo is mediocre!
^Well, if she had done too much it would distract from the eyeshadow, which seems to be the main focal point on the photo. Plus with the lace on her face and overall lightness of the photo, doing something "fierce" and "high fashion" would overdramatize it and take away from it's beautiful but subtle character. She did the right thing with what she was given. Now, if you take away the lace, the make-up, and the method of photography then she probably wouldn't have done the same thing she's doing here :]
this looks like a perfume ad to me. take of the lace and it's an eyeshadow ad for dior. erin is definitely primarily a beauty shot girl, but she's versatile enough to be editorial and possibly commercial. (well...maybe. we saw how well that turned out on antm...)
